My Kitchen Table reserves the right to temporarily remove a child from the kitchen area if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or poses a risk to themselves, other children, or staff.

If disruptive or unsafe behaviour continues after intervention, parents/guardians will be contacted and may be required to arrange immediate collection of their child from camp. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All camp bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by My Kitchen Table.

2. Attendance

Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of each session. The sessions ends at 12pm and children will be ready to leave at 12pm.

3. Behaviour

All children are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in parents be contacted and removal from camp.

4. Allergies & Medical Information

Parents must disclose all allergies, medical conditions, dietary requirements, and relevant support needs before camp begins.

5. Food Allergens

Camp activities may involve ingredients including:

gluten
milk
eggs
nuts
soya
sesame

While care is taken, My Kitchen Table cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Collection Policy

Children will only be released to authorised adults listed on this form unless alternative arrangements are communicated in advance.

7. Photography

Photos/videos may be taken during camp for promotional use unless parents opt out.

8. Liability

Reasonable care will be taken at all times to ensure a safe environment. Parents accept the inherent risks involved in baking activities involving heat, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

9. Illness

Children should not attend camp if unwell or displaying contagious symptoms.
